Lilly Kelly Napangardi

Born in Haasts Bluff, Lily Kelly started painting in 1986 for Papunya Tula Artists.
Her work is in high demand and her paintings are represented in major private and public collections throughout the world including the Queensland Art Gallery, Brisbane.
Lilly Kelly won the prestigious Telstra Art Award in 1986 and was selected in 2002 as well as 2003.
She depicts stories from the area and now paints very innovative interpretations of her traditional country for Watiyawanu Artists of Yamunturrngu.
